Living Parkinson's Exercise Tracker

The American College of Sports Medicine and the Parkinson’s Foundation recommend that exercise programs for people with Parkinson’s should include four key components: 

  1. Aerobic Exercise

  2. Strength Training

  3. Balance, Agility, and Multi-tasking

  4. Flexibility and Stretching
